The Government announced the roadmap out of lockdown for England on 08 March 2021. In the light of the roadmap, the College decided to continue its operations remotely. However, in April 2021 further guidance allowed for some relaxing of UK Government guidelines, which culminated in July 2021, when steps can be taken to remove all social distancing protocols. Barclay Hall campus is now fully open to students, staff and visitors. This decision will be reviewed on a regular basis.
During the current period, we will continue the blended mode for students’ learning and teaching and student services for September 2021 semester. Our campus-based student services have been re-opened and all staff are available for student meetings on a face-to-face basis by appointment only.
Our main focus is still the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff. The College has completed a full risk assessment for the safe return to the campus and has taken all mitigating actions to reduce the associated risk.
We are committed to protecting our students and staff by providing all the related advice and guidance in accordance with the Government’s guidance. All visitors to Barclay Hall will need to continue wearing masks.
